Cancellations, Changes & Exams

Cancellations and changes must be made 10 working days before exams or courses. Cancellations within 10 days of the course start date or exam are non-refundable.

For cancellations to online courses less than 10 working days prior to the course start date, or at any time after the course has started, no refund or transfer of the course fees will be made.  

While there is no administration cost to cancel a course, any refunds for cancellations are subject to the payment of the non-refundable credit card fees for the transaction.

Mailed study packs, text books or accessed eBooks are also non-refundable and will be subtracted from any refund. These materials can be used for re-booked courses with Wine Plus+ with a discount applied to the course fees.

Missed Remote Invigilation exams need to be re-booked. The current cost for exam and remote fees can be found here.

Examination to take place no earlier than the course/unit finish date and no later than one year after the course start date or earlier if a qualification is withdrawn. All examination related queries should be directed to the WSET Exams team or visit the website www.wsetglobal.com

Policies

All students studying WSET Online Classroom courses must be of legal drinking age in their country or territory. 

Students consent to the use of any personal data stored by the WSET for the duration of their course for any purposes deemed appropriate for tracking their progress, providing them with tutorial support and monitoring the course quality. Appropriate records of this content are kept for data protection purposes.

Changes to Student Email addresses must be made through the WSET Online Classroom and not through the Global Campus.

Changes to student mailing addresses must be communicated to Wine Plus+ to ensure certificates are delivered to correct address.
