Payment & cancellation policy:

  • Your spot is confirmed only once payment is received.
  • Payment is by PayPal, Visa or Mastercard or corporate cheque to Wine Plus Education & Consulting.
  • On registering, a non-refundable $100 deposit will be charged.
  • Cancellations – prior to 14 days before course start date, full refund less $100 deposit. Within 14 days of start date no refund is available. Remaining course fee less $100 deposit and exam fee can be applied to another course or person (subject to their qualifications).
  • Any materials sent out in advance must be returned complete & unused to receive full credit. Shipping costs not refundable.
  • In the event that a course is cancelled by Wine Plus+, a full refund will be made
